What does Google Trends tell us about the most famous Italian food?

Does it sounds tasty and curious?

Pizza, Lasagne, Spaghetti, Risotto, Polenta and Gelato are among the most famous Italian food.

I decided to experiment and see what Google trends would tell me about one of the most popular one of them — the almighty pizza.
Here is what I noticed.
